August Update: NEW Single! / Order My New Album NOW / Tour Dates

Hi friends,
First things first: The third single from the new album dropped yesterday, all over internet-land! You Can’t Hurt Me No More, a song I wrote with my friend Kim Richey, is about vulnerability in the face of love or love lost, set in a vibey dark soundscape. Here’s a list of links where you can hear it:

It’s been a busy summer, getting the new album, The In Between, ready for release on September 13. Though CDs have been manufactured, vinyl LPs and t-shirts are still in production. So far everything sounds and looks great; I hope you’ll think so too.

Order My New Album on Bandcamp Now!

You can now pre-order The In Between on my Bandcamp site(and stream/download three tracks now)–here’s a link:

If you participated in the pre-order campaign back in the Spring, you do not need to jump in on this one, unless of course, you just want to. Bandcamp pre-orders will ship around the official release date of September 13.

Songs Will Travel

Check out my pal Shemekia Copeland‘s new release, Blame It On Eve, available August 30. On the album is a song I wrote with John Hahn called “Cadillac Blue“–I’m very excited to have such a fine artist record something I had a hand in writing.

Also, Miles Orduna wrote and directed a short film that’s currently making the rounds at some great festivals (including the 2024 Soho International Film Festival). Called “The Well“, the soundtrack features four songs you might recognize . . . .
