I’m taking a short break from loading the landsled with guitars, amps, and other provisions, to tell you where I’m headed: Tomorrow, Friday Oct. 3, I’ll be at Ashland Coffee & Tea in beautiful Ashland, VA, a fantastic place to play a show, or see one. On Saturday Oct. 4 I’ll play another of my favorite venues, Landhaven, in the village of Huff’s Church, PA. Landhaven is a very cozy B & B; proprietors Donna & Ed Land are live music lovers who host concerts there. Who knows: they might still have a room up for grabs–come spend the night with us . . . there’s breakfast downstairs in the morning!
I’ll be playing songs we’ve recently recorded for the upcoming release, and I’ll be trying something new–I’ll read a few of my poems between songs. I tried it back in June at a show here in Nashville, and folks seemed to enjoy it. But you’ll have to be there so you can judge for yourselves! Hope to see you along the way.
