November blew in strong and cold around here last night–I got to save some of the Halloween candy for myself since the tricking and treating numbers were down–not that I’m happy about that! Anyway, I’m starting the month with an outdoor set this morning (41 degrees by 11am, maybe . . .) at the East Nashville Magnet Holiday Market. Lots of great music from 10am to 3pm. If you’re in the ‘hood, come on down. There’s warmth in numbers . . .
Next Friday, November 7 I’ll be playing the Family Wash here in the 37206, opening up for the great Mack Starks. I go on at about 8:30.
I’ll be back soon–gotta find my winter clothes for this gig today! Cheers, kg
